2. Wide of panel
3. SOUNDBITE (English) Bob Traa, International Monetary Fund Senior Resident Representative:
"You have a parachute here, in effect. A safety valve. Even if the headwinds of the international economy prove stronger than expected and growth may turn out weaker than expected - it takes longer for the econOmy to get back on its feet - the European partners, in effect, have told you as a country that they will stand by you for as long as it takes provided that Greece continue to pursue sound policies. So this, in our view, really places the ball in your court. The ball is in the Greek court. Implementation is of the essence."
4. Wide of panel
5. SOUNDBITE (English) Bob Traa, International Monetary Fund Senior Resident Representative:
"While in our view, Greece has made impressive progress, the country has now for some time been at a critical juncture, where further progress will require a re-invigoration of structural reforms, both in the real sector area and in the fiscal area. Fiscal structural reforms to prevent that the deficit gets stuck or gets entrenched at a level that is still far too high and broader real economy structural reforms to reach a critical mass that is needed to re-start growth in the economy and job creation."
6. Audience
7. SOUNDBITE (English) Bob Traa, International Monetary Fund Senior Resident Representative:
"Additional measures will be needed as we go forward in order to reduce the deficit to a sustainable level."
8. Wide of session
9. Mid of panel
10. SOUNDBITE (Greek) Evangelos Venizelos, Greek finance minister:
"In 2011 we want it to reach 1.8 billion so that finally in 2012 we can reach a primary surplus of around 3 billion, if we implement everything, if we implement everything properly, if we agree as a society, if all national powers are mobilised, if there is consensus, if we have self-confidence, if we do away with some self-destructive habits that unfortunately continue to exist."

We still have the debt crisis and there is no commitment yet from the EU that Greece will get the next piece of the bailout fund so that will remain the main topic here. Greece and the sovereign debt crisis have the markets firmly in their grip."
