Adding a new home window in a bedroom

We are cutting a hole in the wall of this house to install a new window from start to finish. first, we cut the hole and framed it to spec. Then chipped out exterior stucco, installed drywall, tape and mud, and window flashing. Then applied caulking, we leave a section uncaulked at the bottom of the window just in case water ever did get through it can drain out, next we installed the window with screws. added paper and wire applied more caulking to the edges of the window and where the stucco meets the paper, then applied cement bonder adhesive to the broken edges of the stucco and about a foot around the area next we applied the brown coat and finish coat of stucco
