In this clip, Lance "Un" looks back on a tragic incident back in 1988 when a rookie NYC police officer name Edward Byrne was fatally shot in the head in Jamaica Queens and the ripple effects that it sparked in the drug game and the rap industry. Lance explains once George H.W. Bush was in office, he targeted the city's top drug dealers such as Supreme, which led to a mass exodus to out of state locations such as Baltimore, Washington D.C., North Carolina, etc. As the discussion continues, Lance details some of the questionable tactics that were used to apprehend drug dealers which resulted in many of them turning to the rap game to invest their money behind-the-scenes. Lastly, he details meeting Biggie's manager Jacob York before explaining the crucial advise that he shared with him about the music business.
