The Blinkins: The Bear and the Blizzard (1986)

A rare work by TMS Entertainment. VHS rip, so not perfect quality, especially with the audio (headphones not advised), but better and more complete than any other upload. Notable for having character designs from the late Yoshifumi Kondō, known for his work with Studio Ghibli and directing Whisper of the Heart.

Also, Burgess Meredith plays an owl.

There's adventure, excitement and always a lesson to be learned whenever the animated Blinkins take off in search of friends. In this wonderfully told cartoon feature, Blink, Sparkle, Flicker, Shady and the self-centered Flashy attempt to help a lost little girl find her beloved doll and return home before a winter storm sweeps through the forest.
