🔹 Nutmeg (ஜாதிக்காய்) – 10g
🔹 Nutmeg mace (ஜாதிப்பத்திரி) – 10g
🔹 Turmeric powder (மஞ்சள்தூள்) – 10g
🔹 Chilli powder (மிளகாய்த்தூள்) – 15g
🔹 Mutton masala (மட்டன் மசாலா) – 20g
🔹 Curry leaves (கறிவேப்பிலை) – as needed
🔹 Tomato (தக்காளி) – 200g
🔹 Fenugreek (வெந்தயம்) – 25g
🔹 Moong Dal (சிறுபருப்பு) – 200g
🔹 Cumin (சீரகம்) – 25g
🔹 Ghee (நெய்) – 150g
🔹 Oil (எண்ணெய்) – 150g
