What I have to say about the 2005 Tundra: When the Tundra was first introduced in 1999 as a 2000 model year, truck buyers finally had the option of a V8 in the full size pickup from Toyota. the T100 was a fail back in 1993 because of the lack of a V8 and only one bed length, but for 2005 the Tundra now has the Double Cab and its V8 is more refined than ever. Not to mention Toyota's reliability and resale value is in to play with this truck. Although it's the most car like out of the bunch, it does lack the serious towing capability and hauling of it's American competitors. All in all it's a great truck, if your looking for more of a family truck and not a work truck the Toyota Tundra should suit you fine.
