Im convinced about an inffeciency of the Penobscot Concept itself. I tried to tune this double bow many times but the speed was always bad compared to the huge draw weight of 75lbs:

I decided to Brake up with Penobscot Bows. This 50# Elm shoots as fast after the heat treating as it shot when it was a 75lbs Penobscot Bow. Case closed 😎
