This is the second in a series of videos designed to get you started playing with a band or playing along with music.

These videos all begin VERY slowly. They are meant to be fast forwarded, rewound and paused to suit the student's level and learning speed.

There are 7 building blocks which, when combined, will allow you to play thousands of songs.

I will introduce one of these 7 building blocks in each video (Beats A through G).

These videos will all follow the same format:
The beat is played from slow to moderately fast in 20BPM (beats per minute) increments. First 20BPM then 40, 60, 80, 100 and finally 120BPM. At the end of each video I will play a short improvisation on the theme of the beat so you can hear possible applications.
