For Jane, this was a dream trip — seeing the filming locations from Gavin & Stacey, including Nessa’s booth in the arcade. For Colin, it was a walk down memory lane, back to his very first family holiday in 1983 with mum, dad, two brothers, cousins, aunt, and uncle at Butlins Barry Island.

We strolled the seafront, played in the arcade, and soaked up the mix of TV history and seaside holiday nostalgia.
