Rotating your spare tire into use on your Jeep Wrangler or 4x4 with an equal size spare will help keep the wear more even and when you go to replace tires down the road, you won't have a pristine spare that has aged or weather cracked rubber.
Plus, getting all five of your tires into the rotation will get you more mileage out of the set. In this video I show my 2013 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon and rotate the set of 37" BFGoodrich KM2 mud terrain tires into the proper locations.
The rotation pattern I use in this video is just the most common style for this application and can be accomplished one side at a time if you don't have enough jack stands to support your entire vehicle at once.
