This is one of my favorite RC cars. Unfortunately, after upgrading many plastic parts to 7075 aluminum, the vehicle became too heavy. The original Spektrum 160A esc would cut out and the servo would crack its teeth inside the gearbox. The Promodeler DS2685BLHV with a brushless motor inside has much wider teeth inside the gearbox. It's finally controllable and the Max5 esc does not cut out like the Spektrum 160A.
