How to grow a lemon tree.
I tried a new way of growing/sprouting lemon seeds and I want to tell you about that method because it’s working.
You’ll take your lemon (I am using the ones the nice man I met, Pedro, gave me from his farm).
Remove the outer layer of skin (this just helps speed up germination rates).
Get them on a piece of damp paper towel and seal it in a glass jar or baggie. Shpritz it 3x a week to keep the towel damp.
Wait 3-4 weeks for your tails to grow. Usually I plant them in soil at this step, but I wanted to try a new way of sprouting seeds because I enjoy watching the process of the roots grow but usually the soil covers that root transparency.
So this is the new method once the tails sprout:

Get a vase and seal it with saran wrap. Poke a small and insert your seed right inside. Make sure to fill the water daily because the root will drink it. You don’t want the root exposed to the air, it should stay in the water.
