🧾 Ingredients:

Amla (Indian Gooseberry)
Mishri (Rock Sugar)
Lemon
Black Salt
Salt
Corn Starch
Cardamom (Elaichi) Powder
Ghe
👩‍🍳 Method / Steps:

First, boil the amla properly
Remove the seeds and hard parts, keep only the pulp.
Grind the pulp into a smooth paste.
Take a pan and add the amla paste.
Add mishri, a little ghee, salt, and black salt.
Cook on low flame, stirring continuously.
Add lemon juice, cardamom powder, and corn starch.
Cook until the mixture becomes thick and starts leaving the pan.
Switch off the flame, let it cool slightly, then shape into candies.
