Im so excited since holidays is coming! This is perfect for our christmas and new year celebration cake. My super moist and delicious Red Velvet cake recipe is perfect! . Patok pangnegosyo for christmas and new year! so im gonna share it to you guyz! Enjoy baking!


ingredients

3 c all purpose flour
1/3 c cocoa (unsweetened)
1 1/2 tsp baking soda (note: sorry sa video baking powder nakalagay.) on this recipe no baking powder, replace it to baking soda. thank you.
1/2 tsp salt

1 1 /2 bar (115g + 225g) butter (unsalted),
room temp
3 c white granulated sugar
6 pcs eggs (large),room temp

1c all purpose cream
3 Tbsp white vinegar
3Tbsp red food color (i used mccornmick liquid)
1 c evaporated or fullcream milk

bake
170°c 40-45mins or until done

pan
9x 3, greased, lined with parchment or baking paper
