Let’s slow stitch a sunflower with a bead embroidery centre.

I have 9 autumn themed prompts planned. I’ll try to get a video up every Sunday in September
and October, but I can’t commit to a schedule.

The first prompt is sunflower!

These will be a little bigger than the landscapes and in the end I’ll make a book with them in the same way I did for the landscapes. If you missed that video, you can watch it at the link below.

To make it easy, I cut a standard sheet of felt in 4 pieces so no measuring required. They are just shy of 6” x 4.5” or 15cm x 11cm.

If bead embroidery isn’t your thing, you could fill the centre of the flower with French knots.

At the end of this video, I’ll share the next prompt so you can play along if you wish.
