Defending the Defenders: Delhi Joins Rajasthan in Ensuring Safety for Lawyers

After Rajasthan enacted an Advocates Protection Bill last month, Delhi is now also set to draft a legislation for the safety of Lawyers in Delhi in the light of increasing attacks on the lawyers. The Bar Council Of Delhi has constituted a special committee to draft the protection act for lawyers registered with the Bar Council Delhi.
