Before diving into Bahubali’s features, let’s explore what makes this machine such a powerhouse in functionality and performance.

The Bahubali is a double-arm kneader mixer, equipped with two robust masticator blades set within a ‘W’-shaped horizontal trough. This mixer is also available with the Sigma blades. The design allows the blades to rotate tangentially to each other, creating an intense mixing action with a speed ratio of 3:2.

The unique geometry and profile of these masticator blades are crafted to pull, shear, compress, knead, and fold the viscous material within the mixer. Each blade moves in close clearance, typically 2 to 3 mm, with both the trough walls and each other, resulting in a highly uniform mix. This precise clearance produces intense shearing, breaking down any larger particles in the mix, making it ideal for materials with viscosities as high as 10 million centipoises.

With a gross volume of 2500 liters and a maximum working capacity of 1500 liters, this powerhouse is driven by a 270 HP motor and helical gearbox, delivering immense torque to the twin Masticator Blades. With variable speed operation, it’s built to knead and masticate even the toughest materials effortlessly. This mixer is equipped with a 360° jacket with in-built insulation for precise heating and cooling and is fully capable of operating under vacuum conditions. For seamless operation, it includes a hydraulically operated container tilting mechanism for discharge and hydraulic linear motion for the top lid. Weighing in at an impressive 25 tons, this machine is engineered for unmatched performance and durability.
