Technical Approach

1. Drone Hardware – Custom quadcopter, 5kg payload, GPS, IMU, LiDAR/Ultrasonic sensors.


2. AI & Navigation – Real-time image processing (OpenCV + TensorFlow Lite), reinforcement learning for path planning, fail-safe auto-landing.


3. Communication – 4G/5G or LoRa for remote connectivity, live telemetry.


4. Backend – Cloud server with REST APIs for mission control.


5. Mobile App – Dashboard for supply requests, live tracking, and delivery confirmation.
