It's here! My final guide (until patch updates) for the Penetrating Shot Rogue Build. I'm currently level 81, and have done a variety of end game content - making me confident in this build variation being the most diverse and well equipped to thrive in a variety of content.

I decided to go comprehensive in explaining the build and all the pieces that are required to make it shine, because based on a few comments I read from v1 - most of the problems people were experiencing was from a lack of understanding how the build works.

The most major changes from v1 to v2 were updates to the Paragon board, swapping Death Trap to Poison Trap, and shifting our gear to capitalize on our most important damage types.
