For four days, field engineers from across Northern California came together in Pleasanton, California for the Eighth Annual Field Engineer (FE) Bootcamp. A time honored tradition for new field engineers, this hands-on, intensive course helps form the foundation for training true builders. This year's bootcamp offered a twist from the past few years with teams focusing on work that will be meaningful for our upcoming projects, flatwork. Each team worked hard building their formwork and placing a radius slab with a 12” vertical, battered face curb.
