Part 1:

Kids have been reporting abuse, alienation, neglect and endangerment from same suspect and her boy freind s for 2.5 years to CCCSO!

Suspect was dating Deputy Ryan Foster from December 2021 to April of 2022.

CCCSO has a history of refusal of service, refusing to write reports, and is currently Records is illegally hiding multiple reports #metoo illegally involving child abuse, child endangerment, and neglect, vandalism, contempt of an order and Felony Forgery and Fraud.

Court order D21-00939 is regularly enforced only against father.

11/12/21 Deputy McDevitt allowed fathers 2016 Stryker Toy Hauler to be broken into, vandalized, and stolen the following day. when McDevitt responded to that call, instead of enforcing the order, he threatened the woman filming the vandalism and theft of property with arrest and didn't write the mandated report.

CCCSO Records and Deputies lied under oath about the existence of report #22-5998 (Stryker Toy Hauler Incident) as well as many others to a judge in a 8 day criminal trial in December of 2022.

CCCSO AND CCC DISTRICT ATTORNEYS OFFICE were already found in violation of BRADY LAW and Discovery violations in December of 2022. The county continues to stone-wall, slow roll the release of reports and evidence.

Father has been locked in a 3 year battle over custody, records and bias treatment by CCCSO.

This was the first time father has had a face to face with Deputy Brian McDevitt.
