1. USFDA approves Lupin's asthma drug Albuterol Sulfate Inhalation drug which is a generic version of ProAir HFA.

2. Axis Bank and Max Life joint venture deal terms have been altered. Axis Bank will now only acquire a 17 per cent stake in Max Life to increase their holding to 18 per cent in total instead of 29 per cent earlier.

3. State Bank Of India is one of the stocks in the news as a second upgrade has come in from the brokerage house Goldman Sachs. Goldman Sachs has come out with a target at Rs 282/share saying SBI which represents 40% upside from where SBI closed yesterday.

4. Two big block deals were reported by agencies in Phoenix Mills, with the company witnessing over 1.3 crore shares change hands via two block trades. ET NOW earlier accessed term sheet for the sale of shares by Promoter Group entities. 

5. On the liquidity front, a 10-year yield will be easing post the RBI special OMO which is some kind of movement in the bond space.
