The membership application forms for will be available from 11AM, 27th September (Sunday) 2020. The application forms can be obtained/collected in 2 ways:

1. Membership Application Forms can be collected directly from the Inspire Fitness booth located on the Ground Floor of 751, Satmasjid Road, Dhanmondi, Dhaka-1209

Or

2. Membership Application Forms can be downloaded from the Facebook page of INSPIRE FITNESS BY SOHEL TAJ

The completed Membership Application Forms can be sent in either by:

1. Completed Membership Application Forms along with 2 passport size photographs and photocopy of NID can be delivered directly to the booth of INSPIRE FITNESS located at 751 Satmasjid Road, Dhanmondi, Dhaka- 1209

(Please do not send payment of any kind)

Or

2. Completed Membership Application Forms along with 2 passport size photographs and photocopy of NID can be sent in by post/mail to the following address:

(Please do not send payment of any kind)

Once your application is approved, you will be invited to visit/tour the premises-facilities after the “Grand Opening” on the 9th of October 2020 and proceed with further formalities.
