BHU has been changed after the inception of co-education in the Faculty of Social Science and Faculty of Arts. It has become more often a regular campus in terms of hook-n-crook. Still, IIT has not that grace but people over there have more freedom and facility than the rest of the students.

There is never a single day in a year without some extra-curricular activities. Let’s say primarily from the seminar on the important subject with eminent people to activities like dance, singing, poetry and so on.

It ’s lush green campus will never let you go and so is it’s infrastructure. From cafeteria to the library and various club will play an important role to mold your personality. All you need to be a little open here.

Food is average or even lesser especially in the Faculty of Arts and that of Social Science. But anyone can have food in any of mess(free entry). Cost varies from Rs. 40 to Rs. 45 for general diet. And Rs. 50 to Rs. 90 for each special diet, two times a week. If anybody has a friend in IIT, it will be heaven in terms of food. Anyone can access mess regardless of having a hostel inside. Mind it that only 30 to 40 percent of students are accommodated in the hostel. Although being the largest residential university in Asia, it has more than 70 hostels. Under 300 to 400 ranked are easily inducted.

If you are a good learner and habitual of self-study, then you will find teachers are helpful otherwise it will be hard for you to propagate properly. Although exams are quite easy and general, but getting into nice placement, you will have to secure your position among top students.

For transport, there are Bus services on day hours. But it will good if you have either bi-cycle or Chargeable scooter. The motorbike will even good but after all petrol….

One can easily explore spirituality and place next to godliness, because in the inceptive residence of Pt. Madan Mohan Malviya, there is Geeta-Path on every Sunday Morning and needless to say Varanasi itself is the city of temple and if anything like cosmos energy exists in this world, Kashi has most of its share.

If you are not getting into Top 10 Delhi University College than BHU-main campus is the right place for you. Even after graduation from any stream, one can get 30k to 60k.
