A slow, uplifting synthwave drift written like a lucid dream journal: time stretches, the world goes quiet, and the mind floats somewhere “higher” where trouble can’t reach. But the escape has a cost—the chorus keeps circling the same paradox: the narrator is free inside this alternate state, yet still feels unmoored without “you”.

The lyrics build a soft loop of distance and wonder (staying in bed, drifting away, losing track of time), then widen the lens into night-sky imagery—darkness arrives, stars flare, and the track turns into a message you wish the other person could see. The bridge functions like a ritual/portal: close your eyes, count to ten, return to the other world again—suggesting this “place” is both comfort and avoidance.
