You can get this trophy by playing the game and meeting its requirements, or unlock the trophy by buying it at the secret trophy vendor after completing Route C of the story for in game money.

The legitimate way of unlocking the trophy is to kill 50 enemies as A2 while she is in her Berserk mode. You get to play as A2 in Route C of the campaign. To activate Berserk mode, you need to click and hold both L3 and R3 buttons at the same time for 2-3 seconds.

A2 will explode in a fit of rage and a red aura will surround her. You are faster and you also deal more damage. Try to get as many kills as you can as it only last for a few seconds. Make sure to heal right after you come out of berserk mode as you will be left with barely any life. The trophy unlocks after killing the 50th enemy in berserk mode.
