Larry Pacifico, known worldwide as “Mr. Powerlifting,” is one of the greatest powerlifters of all time. From 1971–1979, he won nine consecutive IPF World Championships, set 54 world records, and totaled over 2,000 pounds in competition. Inducted into the York Barbell Hall of Fame, Larry also brought professional personal training to the Miami Valley through his company Pacifico/Power, inspiring athletes across decades.
Joining him is Gregory Pfeiler, a 16-year-old rising powerlifting prodigy from Dayton, Ohio. Mentored directly by Pacifico, Gregory is already making his mark in the gym while balancing school, a lifeguard job, basketball with friends, and plans for a future in law enforcement.

Together, they share stories of legacy, discipline, and the power of mentorship—showing how great athletes inspire the next generation.
