Ambassador Kelin is a Russian diplomat, and the current Ambassador of the Russian Federation to the United Kingdom. Serving in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for over forty years, he assisted with the negotiation of the Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces Treaty in 1987, and served as Director of the Department of Pan-European Cooperation until his appointment as Ambassador to the UK in November 2019.
