Hello! I'm Dr. Antonio with Live Loud Chiropractic and Coaching. We are based out of Lafayette, Colorado, from Boulder County. Today, I will introduce you to 3 easy exercises to get rid of Sciatic Nerve Pain.

This video will discuss the anatomy of sciatic nerves, some common misbeliefs about sciatic nerves pain as well as how you can tackle the pain through some effective exercises.

Check out the video to understand things better about Sciatica Nerve Pain and how to get rid of it. Here are the exercises we will discuss throughout the video:

1) Door Squats for Sciatica Nerve Pain Relief:

If you are having sciatica nerve pain, hip pain associated with lower back pain, door squats will be very beneficial. This is a simple yet effective exercise that can be done anywhere using a door. However, make sure to check the video to acknowledge the right form to do this exercise.

2) Quadruped Hip Drops for Sciatica Nerve Pain Relief:

This is another very effective and easy exercise for sciatic nerve pain relief as well as lower back pain. This exercise will help stretch your hamstring which in turn will provide relief from the sciatic nerve pain.

2) Hip Hinging for Sciatica Nerve Pain Relief:

This is another great stretch for Sciatic Nerve Pain. It helps to stretch the lower back and glutes which in turn takes the pressure off the sciatic nerve.
