WHAT HAVE WE BEEN MISSING? I don’t do food reviews, but I'm on my own for a couple of days, Sue's gone back to Wales to see family. So what the heck, I did what I needed to do to survive and went for lunch

We'd often walked past Mr Singh's in Quesada High Street and seen the board outside offering a €6.95 lunchtime Menu del Dia, but the place has always been nearly deserted, so we never dared try it.
