Camden Council is not above the law. Under Article 13 of the ECHR, everyone has the right to an effective remedy when their rights are violated — including tenants forced into uninhabitable housing.

In this video, I expose how Camden placed me in a mould-infested HMO at Flat 4, Richborough Road, and continued to pay rent to a rogue landlord — even after I reported damp, disrepair, and harassment.

This is more than neglect. It’s unlawful enrichment, a breach of the Housing Act 2004, Protection from Eviction Act 1977, and international law.

I made complaints. I sought help. Camden ignored it all.
This is why Article 13 – Access to Justice matters.
The rule of law must apply to councils too.
