All of the bird treats on the market contain honey that is industrial.
If you make this treat for you budgies with real, organic honey, it's more beneficial than harmful.
Yes, it has sugar in it but so does fruits, veggies and others.
Especially in our case we have used eucalyptus honey which is extremely nutritious and has antibacterial benefits.
