The Whatever Guy is reporting that a Judge Halts Alabama Medical Cannabis Licenses For 3rd Time! The Alabama Medical Cannabis Commission receives another TRO, Restricting them from Issuing Integrated Licenses! The lawyers and the AMCC got played by the legal counsel of the applicants. They got them to agree to dump the scores. Then got a TRO BECAUSE they dumped the scores. All licenses were awarded under these same rules which has empowered the lower tier applicants to now file lawsuits and get back in the game. The AMCC is now getting it from both ends and they caught in a crossfire of their own greedy design. Y’all might as well go hunting too. This will disband the commission and void all licenses once again!
