Whole fish fry recipe cooked in village.

Ingredients:-
Fish - Pangas 800g
Rohu 800g

Marination:-
Salt 1.25 tsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Red chilli powder 1.5 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Mustard seed 2 tsp
Ginger garlic 2. Tsp
Coriander leaves
Mustard oil 300 ml

Preparation
clean and wash the whole fish.
make the paste of mustard seed ginger and
garlic paste.
add all spices on the fish and leave for 30
minutes.

Process:-
take a pen or any utensil and hit the oil
now place the marinated fish on hot pan carefully.
fry the fish on each side for 5 minute on medium heat and pour the oil over the fish.
after 5 minute and the whole fish carefully other side and repeat the same process on the other side.
turn it again and continue frying on low heat for 2 minutes more on both side.
