1 medium cucumber (thinly sliced or cubed)
1 Large apple (cubed, red or green)
1 medium onion
1 Large tomato
1/4 cup mayonnaise

Half lemon juice
½ tsp sugar (optional)
Salt – to taste
Black pepper – to taste
