Today, we're unboxing, testing, and reviewing the Konzert SBx-5.1S 5.1 Surround Soundbar – the budget-friendly competition to the JBL Bar 5.1. Yeah, it's the underdog in the soundbar game, but can it compete when it comes to audio prowess, durability, looks, user satisfaction, immersive experience, and, of course, price? Well, buckle up because we're about to find out!

Sure, there are a bunch of videos on YouTube talking about the Konzert SBx-5.1S, but this one is going the extra mile with a deep dive into testing, a hands-on demo, and a thorough review. I went all out, connecting the system through the SPDIF digital optical output of my Xiaomi Mi TV to unleash that native 5.1 surround sound magic. I might not be a home theater pro, so take my words with a grain of salt. Let's ditch the whole "he said, she said" scene. Instead, here's my quick take on the product:

PROS:
- Easy to setup
- Affordable
- Detailed mid-high frequencies
- HDM ARC and SPDIF optical digital inputs
- Very loud
- Wall mountable

CONS:
- Unresponsive remote control
- No total channel isolation
- Cheap crossover that controls channel isolation
- Weak 8 inch subwoofer. Clips easily
- Reverberation on built-in equalizer settings
- Cheap plastic speaker enclosure specially the subwoofer
