1 Peter

It seems many believers feel what they are facing is new. Granted, it may be a new experience for them, but not the Christian church. The Apostle Peter reminded scattered Christians that suffering is part of the Christian experience. The believer, despite the trials, has a profound hope and an inheritance to look forward to while waiting. However, they are to walk in holiness and not get wrapped up in the madness.
