It contains many more components than will ever be found in any "beginner kit". Tonnes of stuff like Arduino boards, breadboards, switches, sensors, batteries, LCD displays etc etc. Pretty happy with the items I have gathered. I can rapidly prototype just about any hobby style Arduino circuit on demand. A great hobby and hope this helps someone.
