Ingredients:
For the Acai bowl:
1 Banana, ripe
1 packet (100 grams) Frozen acai puree
1/3 - 1/2 cup (80-120ml) Milk/juice of choice
1/2 cup (85g) Berries, fresh or frozen
For topping:
Granola
Fresh fruits/berries
Sunflower seeds
Coconut

Directions:
1. Place all ingredients into a blender or a food processor and blend until smooth. If needed add more liquids.
2. Transfer into a bowl.
3. Decorate with your favorite toppings.
4. Enjoy!

Notes:
• If you prefer a thicker consistency smoothie, use a frozen banana.
• If you prefer a thicker consistency in your smoothie, add 1/3 cup of milk; if you prefer a runnier consistency, use 1/2 cup of milk.
