START THIS EXERCISE AFTER SUTURES ARE REMOVED.
1) Place your index finger under your eye.
2) Press firmly 5mm under the lower eyelashes.
3) Slowly and firmly press the muscle up and back until the lower lash line covers the mid pupillary line.
NOTE* – this movement should be slow and controlled, the object of the exercise is to move the muscle and fat under the skin. We want to avoid quick superficial movements that stretch out the skin only.

Hold this position for 10 seconds then slowly release.
Repeat 2 more times for a total of 3 each session.
Complete the exercises 3 times daily.
Please use eye drops as directed by the office.
