Netherlands - William
Ability: Dutch East India Company - +1 Happiness from each unique Luxury in the empire and +1 Gold from Luxury resource tiles.

Improvement: Polder - Available at Guilds. May be built on Marsh and Floodplain tiles and on Lakes or Coastal tiles with at least 3 adjacent land tiles.
+3 Food if constructed on Marsh, +2 Food if constructed on Lakes or Coast.
Gains +1 Production and +2 Gold at Economics.

Unit: Sea Beggar - Replaces the Privateer. 27 Strength (from 25, vs. 27). Arrives with the Supply (may heal outside friendly territory; heals 15 HP each turn), Coastal Raider (+20% bonus when attacking Cities; Steal Gold equal to 33% of inflicted damage) and Boarding Party I (+15% bonus in Melee combat with Naval Units) promotions. Promotions are kept on upgrade, heal on unit kill ability is kept on upgrade.
