Exercises:

Relevé combo
Relevé while the arm pulls into a second position.
Lower the heels while the arm returns to a high first position.
Relevé while lifting the arm into a fifth position.
Lower the heels while the arm returns to a high first position.
Repeat the whole combo 8 times.

Keep the arm in a fifth position and stay on relevé. High chair seat with forced arch while the arm goes into elbow pull-downs. Repeat 8 times. -

Then hold the seat and keep the elbow in line with the shoulder.
Lower and lift the heels while holding the high chair seat and close the arm into chest squeezes. Repeat 8 times.
