About this video - Today I have shared the recipe of Bhutte ka kiss, it is the famous street food of sharafa bazar, indore. It is also known as Makai No Chevdo or Makai Khichdi in Gujarat. Ingredients

Serving 2-3 Person

500 grams Fresh Sweet Corn
2 tbsp Refined Oil
½ tsp Mustard Seeds/Rai
½ tsp Cumin Seeds/Jeera
¼ tsp Asafoetida/Hing
1 ½ tsp Ginger Chilli Paste
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
As per taste Salt
½ Cup or 100ml Milk
2 tsp Lemon Juice
2 tsp Fresh Grated Coconut
2 tbsp Chopped Coriander Leaves
As required Fresh Pomegranate Seeds (For Garnishing)

Serve it hot as a evening snacks
