Welcome back to my channel!

When was the last time you actually moved on the ground? Crawling isn't childish - it's one of the most powerful tools for rebuilding mobility, coordination, and full-body strength that modern life has stripped away from you.

In this video, I’m challenging myself — and you — to get down low and hold the pose! 💪🏾
This simple but powerful mobility exercise requires no equipment, no fancy gym space, and no excuses. It’s about exploring your flexibility, testing your balance, and celebrating movement in any form.

I'm not crawling around yet, but l'm on my way!
Watch me sit low squatting down and holding it.
I fell a few times, but I got back up and tried again and again.
I have multiple sclerosis.

Even though I use a wheelchair, I remind myself daily that mobility is personal — and it doesn’t stop here. I fell a few times, but I got back up, because strength is built through consistency, not perfection.

Just because I'm in a wheelchair doesn't mean I'm not flexible or that I'm not mobile anymore.
💎It takes discipline to care about your body and keep it.

💎It takes saying no to comfort.

The ground is the original gym.
No equipment
I was at theplayground
No fancy space
I'm in a spare bedroom for second half of the video
Just get down low
REVERSE AGING!!

🌿 In this session:
Full-body flexibility practice
Ground-based pose hold (no equipment needed)
Confidence-building movement challenge
Encouragement for adaptive athletes and anyone rebuilding strength

I'm extremely proud of myself for doing this on the ground squat for 30 minutes straight today.💪🏾

I will be adding this to my weekly routine.
