The focus remains on awareness which is the key aspect of hatha practice and on gentle activation, ensuring the practice is revitalizing, not draining.
10-Minute Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep): The practice concludes with a guided Yoga Nidra meditation to integrate the energy from your flow. This state of deep, conscious relaxation helps calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and leave you feeling balanced and completely restored.
