MARK JEFFERS: A LANCASHIRE LAD - PART ONE - A BBTV FILM

Unbeaten Central area super-middleweight champion Mark Jeffers (11-0, 3KOs) lives in the Lancashire rural village of Eccleston and trains at Jennings Gym in Chorley.

Over the next few years we will follow him on his boxing journey, getting to know Mark and the person behind the fighter. We will meet his friends family, coaches and find out what makes him and a few people in boxing believe he will one day conquer the boxing world. In part two and three we follow Mark to cricket practise in anticipation to the new season, we meet him and friends at the pub pool match and also find out about his boxing coach Michael Jennings, a former British champion and world title challenger.
