In this video I give a brief introduction to the research we do with Interference Pattern Structured Illumination Imaging (IPSII). In this method, interference patterns created from crossed laser beams are projected onto an object. By measuring the light transmitted through or scattered by the object from many different patterns, we can calculate an image of the object.
