Mr. Frank goes through his home inspection checklist and gives his home inspection tips for Aaron. As you may or may not know, in the State of Louisiana there is no pass or fail when it comes to a home inspection. I made this home inspection video vlog to show that home inspections can be fun, but informative. They do not need to be a nightmare home inspection, things can go wrong in even brand new homes, that's why you always hire a professional home inspector.

So you're probably wondering if Aaron went ahead and bought the house after the inspections were over. Well, we are still in our 10 day inspection period and I'm not 100% sure what he and his wife have decided.
