A quick video that shows the signs of a previous liquid treatment for subterranean termites. These holes are drilled to establish a uniform treatment around the perimeter of the house when applying termiticide. The soil that is adjacent to the foundation is trenched around 4-6" wide around the entire exterior and then drilling the concrete, when needed, is essential to maintaining an even termiticide treatment around the exterior of the home.

Older termiticides used to require drilling of exterior concrete every 6", then as the products evolved it went to every 10-12" and now modern termiticides, such as Termidor HE allow up to a maximum drilling distance of 18" between holes. #termites #termitetreatment #subterraneantermites
