Crazy Patchwork with a Difference | An Exhibition Quilt and Why I Made It

Hello again my lovelies. I've noticed that my unusual crazy patchwork video has had over 30k views and I thought I should make a more straightforward video on how the technique works and just how versatile it is.

I made this quilt "Remembering Edie's Eiderdown" in 2017 and it was exhibited that year at the International Festival of Quilts. I thought you'd like to see it and hear the story behind it. I think crazy patchwork lends itself really well to memory quilts, and I think this quilt turned out well. I hope it inspires you to create your own crazy patchwork piece.
